UKPHR survey on whistleblowing, safeguarding and duty of candour

In 2020, UKPHR published guidance for registrants on issues related to whistleblowing, safeguarding and their duty of candour. We would like to ask all registrants a few questions about this guidance so that we know it has been useful and how it can be improved. The policies can be found here
