UKPHR approved multi-source feedback tools for revalidation
The following tools have bee considered most appropriate by UKPHR to be used by UKPHR Specialists for the purposes of revalidation.
If you have completed a multi-source feedback tool that has been commissioned or designed specifically for your organisation/local authority, please email register@ukphr.org to consider its appropriateness based on our criteria.
*Resource Management Services Ltd (RMS UK 360) – currently unavailable but feedback completed before 5th April 2023 using this tool will be accepted for revalidation
*Talent Innovations ‘Inspiring Leader‘ – suitable for those working at leadership level.
*Compass 360 – suitable for those working at leadership/management level
Orbit 360 – used by Health Education and Improvement Wales
SOAR Appraisal MSF (NES MSF Questionnaire) – this tool is available as part of the SOAR appraisal process in Scotland
NHS Healthcare Leadership Model 360 feedback – based on the Healthcare Leadership Model and primarily focused on leadership behaviour and its impact.
Strengthscope Leader 360 – this tool focuses on identifying your strengths, any risks to a specific strength and how you can develop your strengths to increase their impact.
UKHSA Teams and Leadership: Individual 360 review – available to those employed by UKHSA
UKHSA Teams and Leadership: Leadership 360 review – available to those employed by UKHSA
Real World Group MSF tool – suitable for those in leadership roles
ESCI feedback report by Korn Ferry – suitable for all levels and focuses on leadership and professional development
Life Styles Inventory 360 feedback – designed for managers, leaders and those in professional or technical roles
Solace 360 – leadership focused
Connected Leader 360 undertaken by Cirrus Connect – this tool exists as part of the FLIER programme
Gatenby Sanderson 360 feedback – suitable for those working at leadership level
Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management 360 appraisal tool
*Talent Innovations ‘Inspiring Leader’ and Compass 360 are available free of charge to those eligible to use SARD, via UK Health Security Agency and are classed as UKHSA recommended tools accessible via the SARD system. For those not currently eligible (NHS trust, private employed etc.), these tools can still be used by at the individual’s own cost and personal arrangement with Talent Innovations and Compass 360 – contacts to make this possible can be supplied upon request.
