UKPHR plain English guide to complaints
As part of UKPHR’s accreditation with the Professional Standards Authority, we are making the public more aware of our regulatory role. As a result, UKPHR launched a plain English guide to complaints at our Annual Meeting 2015 held at Birmingham’s Thinktank on 24th September. This document, which provides guidance on notifying UKPHR of good practice, suggestions for improvement and concerns about registrants, can be downloaded by clicking here.
At UKPHR we welcome comments, complaints and compliments and want to receive these valuable sources of information so that not only can we improve our services but most importantly, take action when a registrant’s practice could cause a risk of public harm.
