UKPHR is consulting its registrants and other stakeholders on changes to be made to its Fitness to Practice rules and its Appeals rules.
Following governance reforms in 2012/13 and accreditation of its register in 2014, UKPHR is in 2015 updating these two set of rules.
The proposed changes will modernise procedures relating to fitness to practise and appeals and ensure that UKPHR is continuing to meet effective regulatory standards. The changes will also help keep these procedures fit for purpose for the future.
The consultation comprises two separate consultation documents and two separate sets of rules.
You can access the consultation papers and supporting information here.
The consultation commences on Friday 20 February and closes at 5:00pm on Friday 10 April.
