Conditions of Registration
UKPHR is publishing its Conditions of Registration 2018, the first document of its kind in the register’s history. The new document brings together all the terms and conditions that apply in respect of registration with UKPHR in one place. The terms and conditions apply to registrants and UKPHR equally.
UKPHR is grateful to those registrants and other stakeholders who responded to the consultation on UKPHR’s proposal to consolidate the terms and conditions applying to registration in a single document, Conditions of Registration 2018. There were a number of exceptionally helpful responses and UKPHR’s Board made changes to the document as a result. The Conditions of Registration 2018 will take effect from 01 April 2018. They will be kept under review and amended every year to reflect changes made during the previous year.
