It is vital that you inform UKPHR of any changes to your contact details to ensure that important correspondence in relation to your registration is safely delivered. It is registrants responsibility to ensure that UKPHR is notified of any changes to their contact details.
You can change these details at any time by logging into your dedicated area within our registrants log-in system. Simply click on ‘log-in’ towards the top-right hand corner of our website and enter your credentials.
