FTP Interim orders policy
An interim order is a temporary measure UKPHR can put in place while a concern about a registrant is still being resolved, where it’s necessary to protect the public or the wider public interest. This policy explains when an interim order can be made and how it works.
Interim orders are not a finding against a registrant. They can only be imposed where there’s an immediate, genuine, and continuing risk that would otherwise remain unaddressed while the Fitness to Practise process runs its course, and they must go no further than necessary to manage that risk.
