UKPHR seeks new Chief Executive for appointment this year
Wanted!
A Chief Executive willing to be innovative in delivering on UKPHR’s ambition for a large, diverse and multidisciplinary public health workforce.
We exist to protect the public in their interactions with the UK’s public health workforce. We provide that protection by assuring the competence of all registrants, acting on concerns about conduct and professional competence and promoting continuous improvement.
We satisfy ourselves that people joining the register meet the standards we set for admission and that people when they are on the register maintain and improve the quality of their service through Continuing Professional Development and revalidation requirements.
The Chief Executive we seek is someone who will lead our organisation and champion our register and registrants with verve and vision. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, self-disciplined, calm under pressure and capable of organising your thoughts and your time over policy development, strategic leadership and people management.
If you are interested, you are welcome to contact us for an informal discussion about the role and you can apply for this post at any time up to 8th September 2020.
