Dual registration

If you are registered on the Public Health Medicine Specialty register of the GMC, or on the Dental Public Health Specialty register of the GDC, you are welcome to register with UKPHR as a Dual registrant. This is an optional registration.

UKPHR only regulates public health professionals who practise in the UK – our remit is protection of the UK public. As we are a UK register, therefore registration with us is not recognised overseas. We do not regulate international public health professionals.

Upon receipt of your application, UKPHR will verify your entry on the relevant specialist register, and no further assessment will be required for registration.
